creativity
fairness and respect to other participants
backround if you make one
shading
colors and how they work together
overall

RULES! 
 1. please do not take credit for the lineart. 
2. be creative! dont copy any other participants, be original. 
3. dont be all "ughh why did he/she win their coloring stinks!" if someone else
besides yourself wins. keep your negetive comments to yourself.
4. respect other participants and meh of course.
5. TELL ME IF YOURE ENTERING. because if you dont, ill never know its there and i
wont enter it and your wonderful hard work will never get a chance to win.
