Ok... I may be like a 11 year old girl but I don't know what the word means..Sometimes my sister descries people as
RETARDS and I try to pretend I know what it meanss....,....

Actually the word retard, is a musical term and it means slow. It's actually
pronounced reh-tard, not ree-tard. But since it means slow, people call slow or
stupid people retards.
