- practice the A B Cs of comming clean and going to heaven:
       - Admit:   admit that you have done wrong things and,
       - Believe: believe with your whole heart that he died to save your soul, and rose from the dead,
       - Confess: confess that you are sorry for sinning and try to never do it again.
