That IS watermark. Exactly. Signatures sometimes watermark an image
but stealers love to crop so yesh. 

Watermark's are like this:


Though, the owner of that picture should have watermarked it in the
center.

soo, you add the watermark, when photoshopping, and the only way to
get rid of it, is to crop it?

Yeah, photoshop can't do everything such as removing
watermarks/credits. Unless...NOTHING.

It's impossible to remove one's watermarks unless they got hold of the
un-watermarked image.
