No the name koi is not from neopets.  There is an actual fish in real
life that is called koi.

Yes it's a bit blurry but it wasn't like that when I drew it.  It was
after I uploaded it that it went fuzzy. (This happens to many of my
drawings.  T.T )

A koi is a fish. 
And the thing that resulted in looking like frost in the end was one
of the texture tools.  I'm sorry but I don't remember which one.

Poor fishes, yours was the last to survive. I would have just put the

to read. :D  And the ending ENDING is that he grew too big for the
tank we had so we sold him to someone who had a huge koi pond, but he
died.  ^_^;;
