how to draw

One of My favorite Characters of Naruto!
Gaara is (c) Masashi kishimoto. I saw this colored before on some other pages, but I
thought I'd try! ... I'm not sure what their real name was though.... But whoever
shaded it did a MUCH better job than me. 
Probably because I'm to addicted to the burn tool..... 
(/ Forgot to put that up last night -_-')
This took like 4 and a half hours.... and I need sleep.
I know I'ts not that good, and need editing((suggestions accepted and generally
enjoyed)) but like I said.. just too tired, so please don't be too harsh^^
p.s. did I spell Sabuku right?
