This isn't Bijou, kai? :D It's a random white Hamtaro character with a sparkly blue
boa,  and a red and white dress holding a sparkler over water. n__n Yay. It's
finally done. Took forever. I used only one layer of pen to save time. ;___; I drew
eyes closed again because it looks cute to mer. I remember the last time I drew a
Hamtaro character any other time than on Kupika was on MSPaint and I uploaded it to
Deviantart. It was when I was seven... the account was hacked, though. I can never
see my picture again because of the hacker. ;___;

I can't wait to watch fire works. Best part of Fourth of July. ^.^
