HOLY SHIT. I LOVE IT. I'm totally loving the watercolor effect. HOW
THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT? *kidnaps*

...xD It's easy.

Add a new layer (make sure it's on the top of all colored layers. The
lineart can go above it) --> make sure the color fill is while -->
open the texture box --> select one of the textures that are on the
bottom (experiment with it) --> click 'Fill' on the top of the
shipainter --> fill in the layer with the texture --> reduce the
opacity of the whole layer to your fancy. 

Simple really...xD

...yes...they are...XD; Actually they are Vocaloids... I don't think
there's an anime of them, but there is a manga about them. They're
programs that you can use to create songs or something. I dunno how to
explain. ^^;

Ahahaha. Yeah... but I haven't been drawing on paper. I dislike
drawing on paper. =D Too much eraser shavings. Water colors have a
nice touch to it, and sadly whenever I scan my watercolored drawings
the scanner makes it look like it was done in crayons. :/
