I know her neck is big. I was just too lazy to change it. xD Her face
was supposed to be a little bit larger since I was experimenting with
styles. =P -turns on the How to Draw- 

you'll see. xD Her neck was long in the first place but I didn't feel
like I wanted to ruin the hair that I already drew in. =P

And that's okay. xD

I like it.  Have you tried a software call Manga Studio (originally
Comic Studio in Japan)?  Free trial version on both Macs and win.  It
has +1800 different tones, background, effects...

Yes I have tried it. In fact I bought it, but the software at the time
was only available to Windows XP (and Mac of course) and the versions
before it. :/ I had a vista so it didn't really work. 

I've tried it but my XP computer was very slow that it didn't really
appeal to me as well I was a very inexperienced artist back then, so I
guess I'd buy it one day when I get better. :P

...It's not that I make them pay, it does come with a price...xD But
it's not that overly expensive either... 

Though commissions are closed unless I feel like I want to do it. =P
