Actually the polar bear was over-populated.
The way they're dying is natural; it happens all the time in nature.
Mother nature is so spontaneous.

And the government is just using this as an excuse to raise taxes.
All they'll use the money for is posters of polar bears drowning.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to see the bears go extinct.
But there are just too many of them right now.
