It's Time to be Thin

this is my personal log. it will keep track of my weight every day, as well as what i eat. March 16, 2012 Weight: 117lbs. Food Consumption: 1. Popcorn chicken with mashed potatoes (Gravy included) and corn. 2. SWITCH soda 3. An orange 4. Honey-Roasted sunflower seeds 5. One spoonfull of nutella 6. Hamburger Helper with rice (hot sauce) UNACCEPTABLE. Goal by next month: 100lbs.
