I grew up in Fadden Hills and transferred to Heatherfield with my mom, Susan. I own a dormouse who likes sleeping in my
room. I like riding my bike, swimming, and taking care of animals at the Olsen pet shop. Did I mention I could talk to
appliances? Also, I’m addicted to frogs! I started collecting them after my grandfather gave me my first frog toy. 
My favorite subject is Science, but there’s something else I like even more—my not-so-secret crush, Matt Olsen
(shh)! He’s the cute lead singer of Cobalt Blue. Wanna hear something embarrassing? My astral drop (a carbon copy of
myself) kissed Matt by mistake! To make things worse, she slapped him in front of everyone in school. I almost died the
next time I saw him. Ugh!

I live in a house with a lil’ brother (the name’s Christopher) who annoys me 24/7, a cool stepmom, and a lovable
dad who’s a police officer. I like listening to rock music, talking to my friends on the phone, telling jokes, and
inventing nicknames. I’m addicted to cute boys and my CDs—Karmilla and Johnny Titan rock! 
My favorite subject is Geography. Everyone keeps teasing me about Martin Tubbs, but he’s only a friend. The boy I do
have a crush on is Andrew Hornby. Once, I went to this party at the Zot and I knew he was gonna be there so I made sure
I looked beautiful. I caught his attention and he asked if he could bring me home. In his car, he almost pulled a fast
one on me so I panicked and turned him into a frog! 

Irma controls the element of water.  She commands ocean waves and beats enemies by washing them away. She can also
control school tests by making teachers ask her only about the topics she got to study!

I moved to Heatherfield just a few months before Will did. We live in a cozy house! Aside from having overprotective
parents, I have a great older brother who likes to surf all the time! I like taking pictures, studying, and listening
to classical music. I’m addicted to hair accessories. I can’t leave home without putting beads in my hair! 
My favorite subject is Math, and I’m really into Nigel Ashcroft. He’s a misunderstood guy who used to hang out with
Uriah—he’s a big bully! One time, Hay and I went out with Eric and Nigel. We got into trouble because of Uriah (I
hate him!), and ended up in the police station. When my mom came to pick me up, she didn’t even listen to what I had
to say. She just slapped me across the cheek in front of everybody. I felt so humiliated! 

Taranee controls the element of fire.
 She can create fire balls that
won’t burn your fingers, manipulate fire, and talk to her friends without saying a word.

I live in a penthouse suite with my parents and my little sister, Lilian. I own a cat named Napoleon. She was a gift
from Will! I like ice skating, going out with friends, and playing with my sister, and I’m addicted to clothes—I
have lots of them! 
My favorite subject in school is History, but if you ask me about boys, my favorite one is Caleb, the rebel leader from
Meridian. He is exactly the boy of my dreams! (But Peter, Taranee’s brother, is sorta cute, too!) The first time I met
Caleb, I looked silly because I was soaked to the bone! I had just passed through a water tunnel which led to Meridian,
and I felt as if I almost drowned. (Shh! I’m very bad at swimming!) 

Cornelia controls the element of earth. She can make flowers bloom instantly and create holes in walls. She can also
clean her room using only her mind!

I’m an only child! I live with my parents above this cool Chinese restaurant called Silver Dragon. I like drawing
stage set designs, inventing clothes, and helping out at the resto. I’m addicted to comic books and aliens—the
truth is out there! 
In school, my favorite subject is Art. I also like this new guy who came into town named Eric. He’s a heavenly
creature who taught me all about the stars and constellations. Dreamy! Eric and I met after my bag accidentally got
caught in his scooter. Since I was wearing my skates, I completely fell! And as he was about to help me up from the
ground, my ice cream fell on his shirt! 

Hay Lin holds the power of air. She can fly, and she can see glimpses of the future with the help of sound.
