UNIVERSITY'S THE WHOLE CAMPUS. ERRR, COLLEGE IS THE SCHOOLS WITHIN THE
UNIVERSITY. (Ex: College of Engineering, College of Science. IDK actually.)

Oh yeah, sure. :D
Basically, all you do is dress up your avatar everyday for ten ribbons. Ribbons
is the currency.
There, you can post your pictures of your clothes (No faces though) for more
clothes. You can post around five per day with clothes as a reward.
Sometimes you may get items such as shells. You can throw five (notsure) shells
into the town fountain to get more clothes. ^0^
You can have as many pupe friends as you want. In turn, you can comment on the
clothes they post. Every comment earns you 2 ribbons You can as many times as
you want, but you can only get ribbons on the first 20 times.
To buy clothes, you can either go to Kath's or to the pupemart where other
people sell their stuff.
