number 1.make a list of healthy food you like
number 2.try new food
number 3.excercise,excercise,exercise and stay active
number 4.if you try a food and you really like it add it to the list
number 5.if you hate a food don't eat it again
here is my list.
1.lasgna with meat and sauce
2.weight watchers chocolate chip muffin
