Steps:

1. Open up your friends page
2. Right click on their character and click Properties
3. Next to "Adress (URL)" hilight the URL, right click, and click Copy
4. Open up Edit Profile
5. Click on a black space in your About Me section
6. On your keyboard hold CTRL and push V

There you go!
