DID YA KNOW:
~Everybody is worrying about trans fat now. It's the worst kind of fat. Peoplee
should go with food that has little or no trans fat. If they like fried food, they
should make sure it's cooked in zero trans fat oil!
~.... that you could gain 10 pounds if you eat 1 twinky a day.
RECIPES
~here a great food-
salad
lettace tamatoes carrots (takes cares of the vegitables)
cutons (takes cares of the bread)
chicken or ham (takes care of meat)
and on the side you can have a peice
of fruit and a glass of water

ok something that keeps in heathy and in shape is belly dancing i belly dance and i
have a 24 inch waste and i have a great body cause belly dancing give you great hips
and the best of curves and eating fruit after you belly dance helps
