Kupika's time is a bit wrong, I believe. All times are GMT, according to Hina, however
it's apparently 10.19 now, however, in England it is now 11.27. Could someone fix that,
please? It's rather annoying.

Pardon me for playing the role of the stupid american, but what is GMT exactly?
I've always wondered.

So then wouldn't the GMT time not be the same as anyone else's?
You who think you know it all are annoying to those of us that do.

Personally, I think Hina should use Eastern Time since most of us are from Canada and the
USA. :o

GMT = Greenwich Mean Time, the time it is on the 0 degree meridian.
I personally think that using GMT is best, as long as people know what GMT plus or minus
they are. Or, if people are really that thick, Hina could also adapt the time to the
country that you claim to be from. That'd cause for some interesting time zones, though.

That's wrong. In the UK during the summer, we switch to BST - British Summer Time. It
means we skip forward an hour. GMT stands :I
Pointless comment is pointless.

Prime Meridian and G.M.T.? ..without looking it up?

Most countries move an hour forward in summer, miss! But then the time stated on Kupika
would still not be correct, now would it! That comment was very irrelevant.
Greenwich Mean Time is standard time, and time on Kupika should be according to that, and
if you think that, oh no! I'm wrong! Kupika should be according to summer time because
summer is fuckin' punq! then you may take that up with Hina, yourself.
Thank you. Cheers.

What. The. Hey-ell. I didn't really understand that comment. It's not irrelevant. Half the globe is on GMT, as Coco stated. It's just British-centric to make the entire world of k.com revolve around us :/ NB: GMT is not the same as BST. And what's with the frankly irrelevant insults? (In my opinion, we should find out what the majority of Kupika's time zone is and use that. But I want to selectively kill every would-be candidate that's ever signed up to any - ANY - reality show (not game show), so it's probably not the best idea to trust me.)
Pointless comment is pointless.

/heavysigh.
Actually, almost the whole world runs on GMT. I live in Holland, for instance, that's GMT
+1, and in the summer, it's GMT + 2.
Australia is also GMT, I think + 9 or 10 depending on where you live?
GMT is standard time, most civilised countries run by it, and it makes most sense to use.
The zero meridian runs through Greenwich, thus that is the central time, thus
Kupika should run by it, because users should be smart enough to know what GMT plus
or minus they are, yeah?
Using American time, for instance, would make no sense at all, it'd make things difficult.
Because then I am no longer +1 or +2 of the time here, but plus six, seven, eight, and
Australia would be plus fifteen, sixteen?
No.
That's stupid, quite frankly.

@Above: OHMIGAWD. I did not understand any of that, probably because I don't know what
the hay you mean when you say all that plus and minus stuff, BUT how many members do you
think really look at the GMT time? And how many actually care?

@13:
The plus and minus parts means how many hours ahead or behind they are, like where I live,
in the Central time zone (dunno if it's called anything else) I'm GMT +6 (I think)
