Pinnochio was a Wooden boy who was now encased in a wooden treasure
box. He sat patiently, waiting, squirming, and all with uncertainty. He was still so
confused about what a little boy like him was expected to do in a situation like this. He
went to hide, and then he was carried off to a pirate ship! A pirate ship. The men
sounded like they were having a glorious time.. Pinnochio pressed his hands against the
key hole as he leaned in closer to see all he could. Drinks, cheers, laughter, and
singing! Maybe- maybe- 'Maybe.. A little kid like me doesn't belong here..' He finally
thought. No one his age looked to be running around anyway, but more evidently was the
fact that this was a very rugged crew. Kids... Pinnochio knew he was one. Then again, he
wasn't. He wasn't sure how old he was. He knew he looked relatively young- 15 or so. But
his maker... Father- Jepedo has had him stored about the shelves of toys for many
manyyears.. Thinking so much caused the boy to foolishly forget where he was.
Locked in a chest filled with jewels. Which was every pirate's dream, surely, aquire as
much priceless oddities as he could.
'maybe I'd fit better to be on of the pirate's treasures, then a young boy.' Pinnochio
thought. Then suddenly their as light once again, and he was free from the confines of
box. Pinnochio was certain that when he was freed, he would've felt more sure about what
he should do. As a young boy.
However- a long haired man with blue eyes was staring him in the face. Pinnochio lost all
certainty. The boy slowly got on his knees, his hands clasping onto the edge of the box.
He looked at the other with crystal eyes, colored in shades of green, orange and blue.
Pinnochio was dressed like royalty too, silk looking skin, and a adorable child like-
boyish face. "Oh- uh.." Pinnochio looked around, as if the answers were hidden in the room
somewhere. What should he say?
"Hello- uh.. i'm.. a- I'm a boy." Pinnochio said unsure at first. Then he began to nod to
agree, smiling lightly with confidence. He was delighted with himself now. He felt as if a
real boy would say something like that. "My name's Pinnochio." He added. When meeting a
stranger it was rude not to introduce one's self.
