Sooo, I'm trying to revive this club so here we go! Post recipes of some specialties from
YOUR hometown, country or city! Like, if you live in Japan, show us some Sushi recipes you
learned before. Get it? ;D

-3/2 cups boiled water
-10 blossoms yellow chrysanthemums
-10 blossoms yellow roses
-10 jujubes
-50 g crown daisies
-1 cup honey
-cooking oil
1.	Knead the glutinous rice flour with boiled water. Wrap it with plastic wrap to make it
2.	Pick petals from blossoms. Wash them in cold water, dry them. Slice jujubes and roll
them up. Pick leaves from crown daisies.
3.	Roll out the glutinous rice dough to 0.6cm in thickness, 5cm in diameter.
4.	Decorate the top of the dough with petals, jujubes, and crown daisies.
5.	Pan-fry the dough over low heat.

Halo Halo

Halo-halo (from “halo” = mix) is a representative of the various sweets Filipinos

•In each glass place 1/4 of each ingredient, adding layer by layer starting with corn or
chick peas, cooked sweet yams, jackfruit, bananas, coconut, and gelatin.

I'm not so into it, but...

1 teacup of milk
Large tin of condensed milk
900g of sugar
100g of butter

1. Melt the butter and sugar. Add the condensed milk and the teacup of milk.

2. Stir and turn up the heat and keep stirring until it reaches boiling point.

3. Turn the heat down low and stir for 45 minutes (chair and book optional!)

4. Remove from the heat and beat 60 times with a wooden spoon. Put a wee bit on a plate
and if it sets then it's ready to be put onto the shallow trays.

5. Score the tablet surface marking into squares and allow to set and get cold.

6. Some people add dark chocolate to the top.
