As you all know or should know the law now states the death sentence is illegal, however
in the code of conduct everyone has the right to live. Do you think MASS KILLERS should be
given the death sentence for taking someone elses life?

I think if you do something really bad like murder and rape some one then yes.
If you just stole a car or other minor things then no.

i think it should be legal
[its only illegal in some states]
it scares me having those kind of people
anywhere near me

i do believe people can change
but after numerous times
its obvious they have problems

im not saying they deserve to die
but others dont deserve to die either

The whole question is the question of whether human beings have the right to play God.

welll....

thats assuming the existence of God....for starters..

but secondly....there are many ways to reason out both scripturally and by logic....that
God either condones or permits the superior authorities (political rulers) to execute
criminals and put them to death...

indeed if one applies the Mosaic Law Code literally there are a number of capital offenses
resulting in death (usually by stoning)

so just that on principle alone shows that God is not against humans applying a death
penalty under some circumstances

Its not only the fact that humans are playing god or not, but what the death penalty will
escalate to.
If we support the death penalty now for rape and murder and such, who knows what people
will get a death penalty for in 2050?
Its a natural progression and its really a mentality issue, not a religious.

It is not legal in some state like where I live it is illegal in Illinois. But acctually
I think that it should be some of these people should live. If you kill them you just put
them out of the misery of not living in jail. But in jail they have to live with that
burden on their heart everyday that will get heavier and heavier until they finally snap.
Plus, being in prison is terrible I know I have relitaves who have been there and back. It
is a horrible place and they should live there instead of just being put out of their
misery.
