One trip off the ledge, And it’s like you were never really there. One fall into the darkness, And suddenly you’re gasping for air. The pressure is against you, Screaming in your ears. It’ll never be the way you want, Through your mind races all the fears. Look up and there’s the light, Just out of your reach. Look up and see the bubbles die As your air stops and you try to screech. Your heart won’t stop beating, Racing like the shark’s prey. Your mind won’t stop doubting. With him you’ll never stay. But in the end, You’d die again, Just to see his face. Because at the final stages, In the ending pages, This popular thing so many know Kill off lovers like a reality show.
