Avery walked into his room and let out a light sigh. "College is finally here," he
whispered to himself. Some girls were giggling outside his room and he rolled his eyes. He
set up his piano and started to play it. His roommates weren't there yet so he had some
time to play his piano. He was rather good and seemed to be happy while playing. He was
finally away from home and didn't have to deal with his annoying parents.

Kiesha glided in. She was troubled after listening to her brother's conversation. She
supposed that she should just find her room. She wondered who her room mates would be and
what they would be like.

He continued to play piano but finally gave up. "I hope there's at least normal people
here..." He got up and walked out of his room. When he saw Keisha, he gave her a charming
smile. "You looking for your room?" He asked. "I can probably show you where it is."

"Really? Would you please? I'm Kiesha. What's your name? And uh, why are you here? I mean
I'm dead but you...?" Kiesha nervously replied. There was so much on her mind. Especially
about her brother.

He chuckled and said "I may not look it but I'm a dragon." He walked beside her but then
looked at her. "There is something bothering you..." he looked at her curiously. His once
greyish blue eyes were now golden. "Would you like to talk about it?" He asked.

"My brother and I were human but then I died... I have stayed with him throughout my
death but he doesn't even know. He thinks that he caused my death. It was an accident
though. I want him to see me and to understand that supernatural beings do exist but he
simply doesn't. What are you goung to school for?"Kiesha said quietly. Her thoughts ran
back to Sam. He just didn't get it.

"Acting." He smiled. He brought her to a room and said "this is it... it is always nice
to see a sister who cares deeply for her brother." He walked away. He stopped and looked
at her "its better to have somebody cry over your death than not at all." He walked into
his room and closed the door. She knew how he felt but he would always be alone. His
father didn't want to see him, and his brothers were too busy sucking up to their dad that
they didn't have time to harass him anymore.

Kiesha smiled. The young man would possibly see her brother in acting class. His last
remark was nice too. Maybe it wouldn't be too bad here after all. She entered her room and
lay down on her bed.

He went back to playing his piano. His finger were light on the keys. He hated it. He
wanted to run away from it. But why did he keep playing? He growled a bit and walked out
of his room. You are a beast and always will be. His father's words were like
poison in his ears. He hated the man. "I will surpass you, father if its the last thing I
do." He punched a wall before walking off.

Kiesha stared at the ceiling of her room and sighed. She thought over and over about how
how she might eventually be able to show her brother that she is still around. She needed
him to believe. She listened and heard piano playing. It was beautiful. She wondered the
song. She wondered who was playing it.

Avery walked back into his room as soon as he saw three familiar faces. They followed him
inside his room. One of them said "dad got you into a better school for fighting." They
were smiling. Another one of the boys piped in "yeah and its a really good school. Its a
private school. We think it would be best for you. What do you say? Will you come back to
the family?" Avery slapped their hand away and walked out of his room. He told them "I
left the family because father can't accept that I have a mind of my own. You guys
obviously don't because if you did, you wouldn't be here trying to convince me to come
home and go to a school that father wants me to go to. You would realize that dad is
insane but what would you hybrids know?" He said the last part coldly. His brothers were
growling and they all ran at him. Avery went into Keisha's room and said a spell, sealing
the door. There was pounding on the door and he said coldly "your weak compared to me.
Tell father that I will never come home again." The pounding soon stopped. The look on
Avery's face was cold and scary. He heard his brothers walk off. One of them yelled "watch
your back Avery because next time, we kill you." Avery sighed and said "sorry, for coming
in unannounced." He looked at her kindly. He seemed like a completely different person. "I
needed to get away from my brothers." He chuckled a bit.

Kiesha simply looked up at him. Hell she didn't even know the guy's name just that he had
been nice to her. Besides even though she was there she wasn't really there. She simply
faded away once he looked at her. Just gone like she wasn't even there. That was what she
did when she was scared. She disappeared. She was in the opposite corner of the room
invisibly watching the boy who had never introduced himself. She was terrified of the
other boys who had been outside of the door. And now she was terrified of someone who she
would have liked to be friends with. She floated in her corner sobbing knowing that though
he might not see her he could still hear her sobs bouncing from all four corners of the
room. Then she did something. Something she didn't like to do. It scared her as much as it
scared the people she did it to. Except it normally drove them insane. She gave the young
man visions. Showed him horrible things. She had to endure the visions with him though.
Many of the visions were of dragons being slain. A few were other miscellaneous deaths of
people she didn't know. The last was her death. She watched as her brother was talking to
his friend then she turned and was hit by a speeding car. She flew up and back and landed
on the pavement. Her head split open and she bled out quickly. Nearly all of her bones
were broken and it hurt so much. Then it was over and she was back in the corner of her
room looking at the man.

He grabbed his head as the visions ended but then smiled. "Your death caused the one
person you can't live without to suffer. He was affected greatly by your death. I
wonder... is it a good feeling to be loved by someone else? I don't scare easily but now
I'm even more curious about you, lost soul." He gently touched the door and the seal on it
shattered. "I have seen worst than death, my friend. You won't scare me that easily." He
left the room, closed the door and fell to his knees. His body was shaking. "They will
suffer more than I have," he said in a demonic voice. He smirked before coughing up some
blood. He stood up and went back into his room. He started playing piano again. He always
went back to his piano when he was depressed.

Hmm... that's particularly strange.. where's the number? Gongup
fumbled with the schedule, room key and piece of information with his dorm room number on
it, frantically looking around to figure out where exactly he was heading, though he
wasn't even sure where he was. He let out a brief sigh and a smile, shaking his head
nonchalantly as he looked around. Oh what will I do? His heart skipped a beat,
hearing something quite musical to his ears as he stopped to get a glimpse of a listen
through his ears. It somehow seemed different, however, to Gongup it almost sounded...
sad? His head perked up and he slowly made his way to the sound, listening closely until
he appeared by a few other dorm rooms, checking each one until the sound appeared to him.
He rose his hand to knock, but instead rested his back on the door, closing his eyes and
listening to the instrument being played. "I wonder who it may be,..."
