This is Ojamajo Doremi Roleplay ^^
Here is the info;

Ojamajo Doremi (おジャ魔女どれみ Ojamajo
Doremi, Ojamajo Doremi?) is a magical girl anime series that has obtained wide popularity
among young girls in Japan. Its popularity rivals that of the also popular Sailor Moon in
the magical girl (mahō shōjo) genre of Japanese animation. Over four television
series, the Ojamajo Doremi metaseries is currently one of the longest running magical girl
franchises with a total of 201 episodes. There are four television series, two movies and
a thirteen episode OVA in the metaseries. A manga adaptation was published by Kodansha
written by Izumi Todo and illustrated by Shizue Takanashi.

Story
The series anime focuses on two main themes. The first is the heroines' efforts to become
skilled in the art of magic, and secondly the friendships and relationships between them
in the human world. In Majo-kai, the world of witches, they focus on fighting enemies, the
Queen's fearful predecessor, or hostile wizards. In the human world however, they use
their magical talents to help those in need. Being trainees in magic, their powers often
do not immediately provide a solution to their problems. In the end, the primary moral of
these stories is not about power, but about kindness and compassion.

the other main characters. Although it's believed that Hazuki's parents are wealthy due to
the fact that her father is a film director, in a chapter it explained that Hazuki's
grandparents were already millionaires before Hazuki's mother(Reiko Fujiwara) married
Akira-san. Hazuki cares about her family very much, especially her mother, and always
pretended to like the dresses her mom buys and did everything her mom told her to do until
her elementary school graduation, when Hazuki declared her own independence. Hazuki is
very afraid of ghosts; she tries to cope with this fear by thinking of Majo Rika, as well
as chanting her name repeatedly, however, it doesn't seem to help much. Hazuki is also the
only character in the series who thinks that the SOS Trio are funny; on many occasions,
she is either seen giggling at their lame puns, or making comments to suggest that they
are funny, and has even laughed for the most lame and unfunny comedians.

in the 3rd series) and has split curled hair. She is a transfer student from Osaka to
Misora First Elementary School, and talks in Kansai-ben, a Japanese dialect originating in
Osaka (like Kero in the Cardcaptor Sakura series). This translates to a light Brooklyn
accent in the English dub. She occasionally wears pigtails and dresses, which make her
look younger than she is. Her parents are divorced and she lives with her father, who is a
taxi driver, while her mother, a nurse, works in Osaka. She loves both her parents very
much and wishes for them to get back together. She tries to bring them back together with
forbidden magic once in the fourth season before being stopped by Doremi. Also, she's very
good at athletics and is the most athletic of the Ojamajo.

raised by Doremi and her friends. In the fourth series, she transformed herself into a 12
year-old so she could go to Misora Elementary School with her "mothers", and she called
herself Hana Makihatayama (巻機山花 Makihatayama Hana) aian the
human's land. Hana (as a baby) is introduced to Doremi's friends as Rika's younger
daughter's baby. However in Dokkan, Doremi says Hana (12 years old) is Rika's older
daughter's daughter. Doremi explains this fact by telling the class that although they
both share the same name, one is written in katakana whereas the other is written with the
