I am just curious is it possible to have it so that no one can "paste" into FT and have
to actually type things.

it would be a drag for those of us who post like legitimate links and stuff..but it would
cut down on a certain spammer who loves to repaste his/her all caps nonsense....

probably more harm than good to do it, if its possible but im just wondering if its
possible...

Yes that is what I like to do I copy and paste something helpful so I don't have to
retype it.

Yeah I'm not into the implementation of this feature, but am mildly curious if it's
possible (from a technical angle) as well.

In theory it must be possible, because if you've ever filled in these important online
forms, you can't copy and paste your email or password, so you don't copy and paste the
incorrect one.

In theory it'd just change YOU ARE GAY YOU ARE GAY YOU ARE GAY YOU ARE GAY YOU ARE GAY YOU
ARE GAY spam into wjerw wierjwlskfgj iwurwiojf oiweurwif wekrjfrw iwer spam. :P

I always do that same joke when people call me gay (non-ub meaning) and say "actually,
it's pretty much impossible to be as straight as a sword when you look at Tohru.
I mean, isn't she cute?"
Pointless comment is pointless.

my friend just pisses me off when she copy and pastes the same over a million times.
though sometimes with password pasting and stuff, when you type it in wrong, you can't log
on again unless you really rack your brains

I keep all my passwords in my head, but I have a good memory, so...

you can't copy and paste your email
...Since when can you not c+p emails? I do that when it says "verify your email". Well, back to this idea: Ctrl + V is always the solution unless hina uses some sort of javascript or java.

important online forms
Notice word 'important.' You're like what, 13? I can't think of any form you've potentially filled in online that could be considered important. ~~ Fairly obvious you're talking about FT, going by the title...just saying that if the tech's there to stop you copying and pasting it onto a form, it's going to be there to stop you pasting it onto FT. Lol..duh.

eBay DOES have this system. You try going to eBay sign up page now and copy and paste something into the re-enter section. https://scgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RegisterEnterInfo https://scgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RegisterEnterInfo&siteid=2&UsingSSL=1&co_partnerId=2 And don't bother pretending it works for you, because it doesn't. Next time ask mommy if this happened when she signed up for those accounts!
