I've got an idea! Whenever you have writers block, you can come here to get ideas or a
few tips on writing in general. Everyone can give tips, ad everyone can come here for them
and for ideas.
Tip one- if your not sure what end marking you should use for a sentence, say it out loud
first like you'd want your character to say it and than decide what it could be.
Also, if you have writers block, heres what I do sometimes.
Act it out! Act out the character for a day or two. It may seem silly pretending to talk
to people or do things, but it helps alot. You don't have to go drastic and dress for the
part or change your room for it, just act like it's your characters. Thing is, start with
the ending of your writing as your acting script, than just go with the flow and make up
the rest. It's fun, and it helps a bunch.

Well, this may sound babyish, but anyone remember Polly Pockets?
Whenever I have a new story idea, writer's block, or need a new idea, I take them out and
play with them. It helps becasue I have severall different ones and many clothing
options.

My story Change? I was playing w/ them just for fun, and the stoy I was acting out was
Change.
You would not believe how much easier it was writing the story after that!!

When I have writer's block I tend to write a whole new story.

But please don't EVER do that!

I totally need to get out of the habit and do something else.

The reason?

You have sooo many stories and soon you can't keep track of them.

Plus, I have stories that aren't even finished.

I have stories that I haven't worked on for months.

You know I may need to try out that Polly Pocket one...if only I had some boys.

XD

When I'm trying to write a new story, sometimes it helps to describe the settings, or the
peole, before having them do anything. Like one story I wrote, I only started by
describing an arctic wasteland.

@boycrazy...

I do have Barbies...I don't have any guys...AGAIN.

But now that I think about it...Bratz could work!

But do I really want to ruin my clean room?

Yes, yes I do.

You know I got a pretty good tip!

Not for writer's block...unless you think of this as it is, but is a very minor one.

Anyways, when you are trying to come up with an outfit for one of your characters, it's so
simple!

Just go to elouai and create an outfit and that is what your character will be wearing!

I do this from time to time.

Just Put < quote > ....< /quote > with none of the spaces I added. Instead of all the dots, just put what you wanted to write.
