If you want something sweet, like baked-good sweet, but don't want to put a lot of time
and effort into it. Then this should be for you.

You will need:

1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
Chocolate powder (topping)
1 tbsp plain honey
1 cup of sliced almonds (or not, if allergic to nuts)
3 chopped apples (cubed)
1 tsp baking soda with vinegar

Preheat the oven to 180c as the gas mark.

Crack open all the eggs into a medium mixing bowl, and whisk until they are completely
beat. Then add light amounts of flour, until you form a slightly thick mix. Afterwards,
add all the sugar and mix until you get a nice thick but runny mix. Add the vanilla
extract and mix in the honey after. Then add the the baking soda. All you do is scoop up
some baking soda and add plain vinegar to it, and mix into the mix.

Chop up all the apples, and put them into a pie dish. It doesn't matter if they over fill
the dish or not. Pour in the mix, and scoop out any left over mix left in the bowl. You
shouldn't worry about it looking flat, because the baking soda should take care of that.

Sprinkle the almonds all over the top of the mix, and stick into the oven for 30 minutes,
checking every 10 minutes until it's done.

Then serve!
