Ryuu and his band were playing at the local club. "Hey everybody! Thanks for coming! We
really enjoyed our time with you." They started to play their last song and he snickered
when he heard the screaming girls. They were a hard rock band and have been on the road
for a long time. They mostly attracted demons and others alike. They were all demons
themselves, after all. Ryuu had the voice of an angel and was the most popular member of
the band. The bassist came to his side and kissed him deeply as they continued to play
next to each other. They heard the girl's scream harder. He smirked. He would do anything
to become professional. Even fake a gay relationship with his bassist.

ooc: Los Angeles. bic: Ailidh went back to scrubbing the bar, her own headphones in her ears, tucked underneath the large mass of curly red hair resting on her head. The faerie could sense demons, and she didn't like demons at all. Neither did she like their music, their fast paced, heavy tunes terrifying to her when they first came out. The genre itself had whittled down from scary to just downright annoying, and she learnt to bring her own tunes. Tonight was a blast from the past, a little folk tune that she remembered from her father's court. She still remembered the last day there, before the other faerie took her away forever. "Oi! Watch were you're goin'!" She yelled to a drunk person who walked right into the bar.

Ooc: Thanks. I tried. Thats all that matters.

When they finished their last song, they exited the stage and started to pack their
instruments. Once he was finished, Ryuu sneaked away to get a drink or two. He saw a drunk
causing problems and he snickered. "Hey!" When the drunk looked over, he punched him hard
in the jaw. While the guy was unconscious, he let security take him away. He scratched the
back of his head as he slipped into one of the bar stools. "Hey, a shot of whiskey on the
rocks." He looked like a seventeen year old boy so he always had a fake ID on him. He was
used to being carded and he couldn't explain to simple minded humans that he was born
thousands of years ago and didn't have a birth certificate.

Ailidh looked at the ID for a second and gave him a death stare. "Yah sure tha' you can use this?" She asked, seeing right through that façade of his. The ugly dragon-face underneath his pretty one. She made sure that he knew that she could see him in just the look alone. However, knowing how messy it can be, pissing off a demon, she handed him the ID and poured the shot of whiskey.

"Your from Scotland, right? I was there not too long ago for a couple of gigs. We were
only the opening act but it was still a gig. We were in Edinburgh." He took a sip of the
whiskey. His bassist approached him. "Hey Ryuu. The manager is getting annoyed that your
not back yet. Were on schedule. Were not waiting for you to pick up some strange faerie
girl." Ryuu laughed and finished off the whiskey. He paid for the drink and left a tip
with his number. He followed his bassist off. His arms were around him. "You are so mean
to me." He poked his cheek.

Ailidh shook her head, realizing that it was about time to clock out. She gave the tips to her boss, pocketing the number, and then walked outside before disappearing. She reappeared in her apartment down the street. You could never be too sure about creeps walking the street.

The manager approached a warn down building that was falling apart. "This is where you
will be staying..." Ryuu dropped his bags. "Your kidding me, right? Is this place safe? I
want to know so while I'm sleeping, the ceiling doesn't collapse on me." The manager
rolled his eyes and said "ya should have thought about that before you ran away from
home." Ryuu walked into the building and then into their room. It was disgusting but a
place to stay. He was sad he couldn't live with the rest of his band but this place looked
like it could really only house him anyways. He wanted to know if that barkeep would call
so he kept his phone close to him.

... As a Bean-Nighe, Ailidh's places to wash were chosen for her. Yesterday, it was a gorgeous state park, but today, it was a mud puddle near a rundown old building. The traditional clothes were of course still in the immortal realm, so she wore a dark green dress with puffy sleeves. It was a bit unconventional, but faerie dress was faerie dress.

He got a call and he quickly picked it up. "Hello? Oh hi. Yeah. I'll be there as soon as
possible." He hung up. He slowly got up, dressed in his usual baggy shirt and jeans and
left his crappy apartment. He rolled his eyes. "Should have known the barkeep wouldn't
call. Well better head to band practice." He caught a taxi and had them drive him to the
old rehearsal studio. They had some recording to do for their new song.

When he walked through the front door, he said "I'm here." The guys nodded at him,
acknowledging his presence but continued to play with their instruments.

The Bean-Nighe grimaced at the mucky water, but hey. She was a faerie, she wasn't getting hurt by it at all. In fact, she kind of liked the charm of it. Not. When they bring her here, it's clear that the only people on the death list are miscreants, druggies and junkies and gangbangers and she was glad they weren't their problem anymore.

Ryuu frowned and slipped out of his guitar. "Let's do this." They started to play, their
heavy rock music echoing through the neighborhood. Ryuu began singing. They were working
on a new song that wasn't yet ready to record. The manager nodded to the music. He wasn't
used to managing hard rock bands but he had gotten used to it.
