the words i hear
in my head
the words i've heard
the words i've said
those words were nice
but most of my words
were very hurtful to the people around me
even the ones i love

thats wat i thought

the words i hear
in my head
the words ive heard
the words ive sed
dont mean nothing
not compared
to the words
in your head.
Wish i knew
wish you cared
for my heart
cuz its yours
i wish you knew
i wish you cared,
cuz now my heart
is broken,
4 u.

The words I hear
in my head
The words I've heard
The words I've said.
Chaining my wrists
Shackling my feet
Blindfolding my eyes
Strings are tied.
Inner voice calls out to plead
No one hears
Not one
Not even me.
Silence hurts
It pains and chafes
but confinement kills
Alive but dead.
Bind my voice
Seal my lips
Words of power
Cutting through skin.
Echoing in my mind
As realization sinks in.
Ah, it's true, I think, I cannot escape.

It's good to ask for tips, or help. This is my version.
But since other people wrote the rest of it, I don't think you should try to take theirs.
Try to think of the rest yourself.
Some tips:
What does your poem mean?
What does the topic have to do with your feelings, your thoughts, etc.
What feelings will your poem try to provoke?

Something along the lines of that. I'm no good at writing tips for poems.
Good luck though.
