Alright, I know they're not coming up for over a month, but I want to go ahead and
explain how it's going to work.

As you know, there are normally three sections of the exams - and sometimes four,
depending on the survival rate of the second phase.

The First Phase
The first phase of the Chuunin exams is the written exam. The process is going to work
like this: Someone - probably someone who isn't testing, will play the part of the exam
proctor. This person will also be responsible for roleplaying the various Jounin that will
be observing those testing. He or she will rate the posts of the individual to determine
if they are cheating. Basically, those testing have to post the best they can - and use
the best method to get the information without getting caught. Obviously the Jounin aren't
going to attack you for everything, but if you are caught they mark off points. At the end
of a certain number of posts(probably thirty or so) the exam will end, and the last
question will be asked. Those who have not been asked to leave will remain. Yes, you are
permitted to make up NPCs for other teams if we don't have enough players.

The Second Phase
In the second phase, the same player will control the next proctor for the exam. In the
Forest of Death, your team will be sent a letter telling you which scroll you have
received - Heaven or Earth. You are not permitted to mention this to the other teams, nor
are you allowed to mention it in your post. You have five days to get both scrolls.
Usually, there will be on thread per day. The threads will go as long as needed for the
teams to obtain scrolls - up to a certain point. If it takes longer than two IRL weeks to
get the scroll, the team is disqualified. If you open the scrolls - or reveal them in the
post - you are disqualified. You are only allowed to say what scroll you have AFTER you've
engaged in combat with another team. After five threads have been complete - or all the
teams arrive - one of two things will occur.

If there are still too many candidates - at least five or six teams remaining - there will
be a preliminary round immediately after the five-day phase. The battles are picked at
random. Any kages are permitted to watch, but no one can interfere.

The Third Phase
The third phase takes place exactly five weeks after the Second phase. It will occur in an
an arena and THESE are the candidates who will be chosen to become Chuunin. I doesn't
matter if you win or lose the battle. It's how well you post, how well you strategize, and
the quality of said posts. If the exam proctor is satisfied or pleased with all of these,
he or she will recommend to the Kage(in our case, the Kazekage) which examinees he/she has
chosen, and then the Kage will decide what he or she wants to do.

Now, if there are not enough players by the time. the Chuunin exams have arrived, then
other actions will be taken.

Let's set a requirement that all new members must create a genin as their first
character. Anything beyond genin will be denied. =3 This way we'll have more genin and
more people in the village.
