I'm pretty sure all of you have seen country land at least once in your life time, correct? Well, that is where this topic takes place. The beauty of the outdoors, away from pollution and anything technical. Vast, open fields to dense, green forests. Farm houses and small cottages are separated by far distances, carriages fill the streets. This is were Cera Louise Merison lives. Out in the thick evergreens, Cera has a cottage at the top of a cliff. From there she watches the city. Being half wolf and half vampire, she usually is out at night. But durning the day she does not sleep in coffins, she swims in the lake just a few miles away from her home. Lately, Cera has noticed people going missing in the city and then winding up dead in her forest. She does not like this at all. Mainly because she is getting blamed for it. Start your own story here, make a cottage, create a farm. whatever. maybe even be the killer that is pissing Cera off, doesnt matter.

Leo mumbled to himself as he dipped his hand into the lake water. "It feels nice," he
said happily as sat down and let his feet dip into the water. He lightly kicked his legs
back and forth in a child-like manner.

The sun was low in the sky, the summer air warm and filled with the smells of nature.
Cera took her usual path down the aide of the cliff to get to lake. There was still a lot
of sunlight to see, but Vera didn't need it. She was nocturnal afterall.
Many trees had fallen over from the storm only a night before. Mud covered her path as
well as slimy, disgusting creatures. Cera sighed, grinning and bearing it, stepping over a
fallen birch and carrying on.
About a mile from her destination, she felt the presence of another. A human possibly.
Cera glowered and jumped up into the trees, jumping from branch to branch silently towards
the Lake. It wasn't very often people came here, unless they were dead.
Finally, Cera spotted him. It was strange how the boy resembled a cat, nothing she has
ever seen before. He looked harmless enough, so Cera jumped down and walked over.
"Enjoying yourself?" she asked in her think Australian accent. "Perfect day for a swim."

Leo's ears twitched slightly and he tilted his head towards the girl. He knew that even
his face had a slightly more feline shape to it which tended to disturb many people, but
their reactions didn't bother him. His tail curled around himself slightly as he blinked
to make sure he wasn't merely imagining the girl. "It is very nice here," he said softly
and smiled. He hadn't been swimming in quite a while since he disliked having water
dripping from his tail and ears, but he considered swimming at the moment.

"I agree." Cera answered, lowering herself to sit down on the sand. The boy's face didn't
bother her at all. In fact, it reminded Cera of a story book creature, which brought back
happier memories. "Is that what you are doing here then? To enjoy the water?"
She pulled off her worn, brown hiking boots. Cera had planned to go for a dip, but with
someone else around it didn't seem ethical. Especially since she usually went in naked,
because she didn't own a bathing suit. But sitting and chatting with a stranger was fine
"Sorry if I seem rude, it's just that I am used to solitude. Usually when people come out
here they are trying to, er, do horrible things." Cera looked at the boy, and smiled. "But
you seem okay enough."

"You're not rude. Merely curious like a feline," Leo said and smiled again. He kicked
his legs lightly back and forth in the water and watched as ripples spread out from the
motion. "By horrible things, do you mean dump bodies like the one I found on the other
side of the lake?" Leo asked--his voice slipping into his more pronounced French accent as
he spoke--before he pushed some of his light green hair away from his face

"That is just one of many." Cera answered, watching the ripples spread across the lake.
"Humans can be such cruel creatures." she shrugged her jacket off to enjoy the weather
further. It wasn't always this nice outside; usually it was cold and damp.

Had walked so far her feet were killing her. She saw a lake and walked towards it with
curiosity. She was much like a cat since she's around cats so much. She see's two people
and her eyes narrow. Her mother and father would not like her being out in such a
disgusting place such as this. She lifted her dress and walked toward them She said in her
quiet voice "H-Hello."

"Humans are rather disgusting, honestly," Leo said. He glanced at Cera in case his
opinion made her upset before he heard another voice. His tail curled closer to his body
and he fidgeted with the ends nervously as he tilted his head back to see another girl
coming. "Bonjour," Leo said cheerfully even though his nervousness was clear. One of his
ears drooped slightly as he debated if the new girl was friend of foe.

Leo's eyebrows came together before he smoothed his expression. "I didn't even know
there was a princess anywhere near here," Leo admitted and chuckled.

"Please don't call me sir. It makes me feel old," Leo said and laughed. He glanced at
Cera again before chuckling. He then looked down to see that he was still wearing his
glove. He quickly pulled it off and set it to the side. I might go swimming soon,
he thought to himself as he swung his legs lightly--enjoying the temperature of the water.

Cera nodded, grinning. She was about to tell Leo something when the Princess made her way
over. Now, Cera didn't like humans to begin with. But royalty? Even worse.
"What are you doing so far from home, Mayu? Doesnt seem eithical for a princess to be out
here of all places. It could be dangerous." Cera turned her head to Mayu and grinned,
flashing her perfectly pointed teeth.
"There's been a lot of murders lately. Bodies ending up at this very lake, but I'm sure
you knew that." Vera looked back to the water. She was also thinking about taking a quick
dip. It didn't matter if she got her clothes wet.

Leo blinked for a second before jumping into the water abruptly. He resurfaced a few
seconds later to see how much water he had forced to splash across the area outside the
lake water. "Sorry," he murmured and sunk down so that only everything above his mouth
was visible. He glanced up at Cera and Mayu for a second before starting to wade around.
