French Toast! Recipe from cooking class: You don't have to use the recipe given at the moment. Google "french toast" for another recipe. There are TONS online! If you need to ask a question for help, just reply with a post. (:

Pancake <3

(Who doesn't like pancake as breakfast.)

1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon or vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Meanwhile, lightly grease a non-stick pan or griddle.
Scoop the pancake batter onto the pan and wait for the surface to “bubble”
Flip and cook the other side.

Serve with butter and pancake syrup.

Pandesal (salt bread)

475ml Warm milk/water
8g active dry yeast
150-175g sugar (depending on how sweet you want it to be)
60ml vegetable oil/butter
9g salt (4 pinch of salt)
750g all purpose/strong white flour

-put warm milk/water in a mixing bowl with 1 tsp sugar and the dry yeast, dissolve and let
it stand until creamy.
-combine in another mixing bowl, remaining sugar, oil/butter, mix till smooth, add salt. 1
cup flour and the yeast mixture, stir well, add the remaining flour, half cup at a time
till dough pulls away from the side.
-turn dough into lightly floured surface and knead till smooth, supple and elastic for 10
minutes. Divide dough into small oblong shape (not to big as it will double). coat dough
with bread crumbs.
-place the dough in a warm place and let it double. (You can do this at night, so you just
have to bake it in the morning)
-pre-heat oven 375degree. Place dough and bake until golden brown.

PS. If you have a bread maker at home, you just add them together. But you have to do
point 1 and you don't have to knead them as well. If you do, and it's finish kneading and
expanding inside. You can start at dividing the dough and so on.

Serve with coffee or hot chocolate.
You can also add cheese spread or chocolate spread.
Whatever you want to put it.
