Wow, that's a very pretty Oekaki! :D I love the way you did the eyes and the shines on the hair are awesome! I love the background, Darker to Lighter is a great way to make you oekaki to stand out <3 I think you could improve shading in darker patches of skin tone around where the fringe is, Well Done in making this Oekaki ^-^

Thank you for the help! ^^

I actually did make a skin tone shading but I made it too light. If you tilt your computer
screen up, you can see the skin tone shading.

It's very nice the background is also very lovely
You could improve on the shine on the hair it's too white but you could
use a very light pink color or a light purple might do also, BLEND o:
Maybe you can use some darker tones for the shading of the skin also c:

But anyway good job on the oekaki :D

Your style reminds my so much of my own when i just started drawing. >w<;

Shading could help to add more life into the drawing.
Like a little blush and folds.
But that's what everyone says. xD;;

The background is very cool.
Try to use such colors to dodge and shade aswell. C:

Love the colours you've used~ it has such an eyecatching appeal to it!
For the highlights you can try the burn tool~ it blends more than using simply white and
is a good tool to practice with when trying to lighten hair and skin!

your lineart is very crisp and clean : D! overall, good job! <3

WAA The colors make me smile for some reason :D
its really eye catching! create job :D *thumbs up*
now for criticisms...

-just a little bit of practice with the head shape and the face alignment
-the arms are a bit too invaded by her boobs [sorry i had to say it =_="]
if you dont get what i mean, well um.... her boobs are a bit high up
and the arms are squeezing itself at the side > <
-try to make the highlights and base colors mix at some point :D

overall it's awesome :D

xD Thank you for the critisism. I know something is wrong with the oekaki. I draw better
in IRL. I know the head if off and the err...chest is not placed in the right place. I
copy Bleach faces too much. But yes, I'm trying to make my IRL art on oekakis but it is
very hard without a tablet~
