are they the same thing?

Do you have to have one to have the other?

Can a person be spirituatl without being religious? Can a person be religious without
being spiritual?

(definitions and more coming, just sort of opening the discussion)

I believe in science, my religion changes by the day, my spirituality doesn't.

Everything is possible, it's the probability that matters

Of course. Religion refers to one belief set by another group, and not your own.
Spirtuality refers to a belief in a higher power, or not one at all, and just believing in
some order of the world that is constant. You can be both, or you can just be spirtual,
but you cannot be just relgious. To be just spiritual would be to have your own set of
believe about the order of the world and it's inner workings, including any higher power
that may be involved, while at the same time not following one religion, but perhaps
learning from them.

And yes, I am spiritual, but not relgious.

I guess being spiritual means you have a faith of god and is somehow connected to god.
Religious in my opinion is worship.
