This academy is full of demons but only accepts the very wealthy. Most of the students
are heirs to thrones and large companies. They want only the best and the wealthiest
students in the school. Some students are on scholarship but their usually outcasted by
the rest of the school

Aidan and Leo both walked through the front door of their school. It was Leo's first year
but Aidan's fourth. He was so close to graduating. It was the first day and as usual,
everyone had to proceed to the auditorium so the principle can give his usual welcome back
speech. The auditorium was separated by grade; the freshman sat up front, softmores after
them, then the juniors, and then the seniors. The principle has always preferred
organization. Leo was finally a senior and was able to sit in the way back of the
auditorium. There were probably about 1500 students in the school which was a pretty large
amount for a private school. There were about 2000 seats in the auditorium. It was a
fairly large auditorium. It even had a balcony. That's where the seniors got to sit.

Once Leo found his seat up front, he quickly got comfortable. His brother had told him all
the rules on the walk to the school. No smoking, no telling others of your abilities, no
using your powers on school grounds, yada yada yada. His old school wasn't even this
strict. He could at least go out back and have a smoke. He didn't even have to wear a
school uniform and everyone was extremely laid back. Though, it was public school. He was
able to convince his father to continue to let him go to public school until high school.
Now that he was in high school, he was trapped in this Hell hole. He couldn't even go home
until winter break. He had to live in the dorms like a caged monkey. He hoped there would
be at least a party or two.

Aidan sat beside his girlfriend up on the balcony. The two of them were too busy cuddling
to worry about anything else. It was the same assembly they had every year. He just wanted
to get his schedule and go to class. He hoped his classes had his girlfriend in them. He
couldn't imagine what senior year would be like without his girlfriend. She was the leader
of the cheer squad and every guy's wet dream. She was the most popular girl in school but
not only that, she was also a slut. Aidan loved her for that because he didn't have to
wait long to have sex with her. She wasn't one of those Jesus freaks who never had sex. He
would hate to even talk to one of them. They were definitely the school freaks. They were
even bigger losers than his brother was.

Being a Freshman again was hard. Of course, at least she knew how to read this time. Rosa Crane wasn't a scholarship kid, despite hear appearances. She preferred to dress modestly and would be considered by any human to be vaguely rockabilly. She liked her uniforms, she had had them tailored beforehand and they fit her a lot better than it appeared that other school uniforms fit people. Today, her curly blonde hair was in pigtails gathered at her chin, tied with bows that matched the dark uniforms. Her crystalline blue eyes were faintly lined with brown eyeliner, it looked like she was wearing barely any makeup at all. She was fairly confident about everything. The only open seat was by this fairly scene looking kid. "Can...can I sit here?" She asked. Her German accent was barely noticeable, just enough to give it a foreign twinge. ooc: do you count vampires as demons?

Ooc: Yeah. Supernatural. The boys arent considered demons but their supernatural

"Whatever..." Aidan replied coldly. The principle was busy lecturing them about the rules
and how they weren't afraid to kick them out. "SAme shit at every school." He rolled his
eyes and snickered. "Wonder if I can get kicked out within the week." He hated rich kids.
They were all snobs to him. He was raised as a rich kid but not treated like one so he
never got the full experience of being rich. It was an odd feeling. He looked at the
strange girl that sat beside him. She was cute but she almost seemed too innocent for him.
He wouldn't bother with her. He sneaked a glance at his brother who was too busy making
out with his girlfriend to even bother listening to the principle. He rolled his eyes once
again. "That guy..."

"Yes? Vat about him?" Her voice was quiet, she was trying to listen. Perhaps sitting next to him wasn't the greatest idea ever. "I am Rosa." She said, holding out her hand. Her fingers were delicately manicured, but her nervous tic showed. Her fingernails were chewed, and the skin around them was peeling. "Vat is yerr name?"

"Aidan. That asshole over there is my older brother." He had a thick British accent. The
principle finally dismissed them after they got their schedules. Aidan quickly ducked away
from the crowd and slipped into his first period class unnoticed. He wasn't going to be
bullied here at this school. He sat in the back and leaned back in his chair. People were
already glaring at him and gossiping about how he's a public school freak and how he's
probably on scholarship. To be honest, he wasn't smart enough to get a scholarship. He
just barely passed his classes and with his depression, it made it harder and harder for
him to get to school. Here at Mourning Wood, he has been told that if he misses a certain
amount of days in a row, he will be kicked out. That won't be too bad but it will really
suck in the long run because he will end up getting cut off by his step dad. He sighed.
"This is going to be a long four years..."

Rosa shared this class with Aiden. It was Algebra, and as far as she was concerned it was a normal math class. How boring. She still knew everything about this subject, she just needed to jog her memory. She leaned over to him and whispered, "If it makes you feel any better, I haven't used algebra in seventy years."

"How old are you?" He asked. He was very straight forward toward her. He didn't
understand why she was being so nice to him. He just knew that she could be of use to him.
"I mean most students here are the age they look. It makes it easier for the adults to
keep us organized." He chuckled. "Well says my brother."

"Eighty-five this august." She said with a small smile. "You vant to learn anything about Vorld Var Two? Come see me." She was obviously very young when she gained her immortality, she looked barely as old as he.

Aidan chuckled. He ran his fingers through his hair. Some boys came over to him and he
quickly slid down in his seat. "Hey loser. We hear your from public school. Here on
scholarship? No rich kid would ever be caught dead in a dirty public school." One of the
girls snickered and told them "you better watch out. Rumor has it that he's Leo's younger
brother. He's a Helsing. He might hunt you down if you don't be careful." The boys back
off, terror in their expressions. Aidan hated the rumors that went on about his last name.
His mother only married into the Helsing family. He didn't really have any blood relation
to the famous Abraham Van Helsing. Though it was a well known fact that his step dad is a
trained vampire hunter. He kills demons too but its mostly vampires that he hunts. He
enjoys the chase.

Rosa's eyes went wide, but then she ignored it. She decided to leave it at there. Maybe she was a werewolf and got the immortality perk from that. But she was far too hairless for that.

The teacher walked in looking gorgeous as ever. She snickered and started class. The
first five minutes, Aidan was already asleep. When the bell rang, he jumped. "What time is
it?" He asked, rubbing his eyes. The teacher scowled and said "you would know if you were
awake." She walked out. Aidan rolled his eyes. He could care less. Leo walked in the room
and slammed something on his desk. "This is your pass. You can leave campus for your
stupid therapy sessions." He didn't seem happy that he had to do this for his younger
brother. He glanced at Rosa. He hissed angrily. "What are you doing with her kind!?
Our step dad wouldn't be too happy if he knew you were frolicking with a vampire." He
played with fire in his hand but Aidan grabbed his wrist. "Were not supposed to reveal
ourselves!" Leo growled. He was truly angrily at Aidan. "Fine... meet us outside after
school and I'll show you what happens to vampires when they befriend Helsings." He walked
off. Aidan let out a deep sigh. "I am so sorry. My brother has been taught his whole life
to hate vampires. He's technically a trained hunter like our step dad except he doesn't
hunt. He toys with them. It would be best if you didn't go." He shuffled his stuff

"But...but he knew. How?" Rosa asked. Her fangs weren't out, her skin was normal for her (she was always very pale), she could be a human for all they knew. It was just the hint that she was probably as old as their great-grandma. "It's not like I'm a valking stereotype."

Aidan laughed and sniffed her. "You smell like one. When your step dad is a hunter and
brings home the head of vampires every night, you kind of get used to what they smell
like. I knew you were a vampire the moment I saw you."

"Gottverdammt." She said under her breath. "Anything I can do to mask it? Is it too late?" She looked at him with a wide-eyed stare. "I hope you know that I don't kill for fun." She really didn't. She waited before she was starving to feed.
