Face it, it can get really damn hot in the summer. Hot food ain't gonna make the
cut, warm food has a small chance - but refreshing food is gonna be just right.

So, if anyone has a recipe that will cool you down in the summer - then post them here.

This one is really easy, like, really easy.

[this is what I use, but you could really choose any fruits you want]

- mango
- pineapple
- strawberries
- kiwi
- white chocolate
- sweet pineapple bbq glaze

Cut the fruit into even-sized bits, break the chocolate into squares,
pour on some (not too much!) glaze.
Wrap it all up in portion-sized foil pouches and chuck them on the grill for a few

NOTE: Oh, and you can serve it with ice cream or whip cream if you want,
although I prefer it with some Turkish yoghurt.

Okay, so this isn't exactly a recipe....but it is refreshing.

Take your favorite lip balm, and put it in the freezer for a couple ours. (Make sure it's
dry, especially the cap, you don't want it frozen shut)
And now, you a refreshing Lip balm!

If you have apple juice and a few strawberries, put around 2 glasses of apple juice into
the blender and then around 3 strawberries, put a whole tray of ice cubes in, and you'll
have made a nice strawberry apple juice slush! :3

If you have popsicle molds. (I have mickey mouse ones!!) fill it with your favorite
juice/soda then put it in the freezer!

Or use a plastic/paper cup/empty yogurt container and popsicle sticks.
