No you cannot.

Maybe you can use a Flash player for playing a MIDI file... 
But I don't know if such player even exists.

One could record the MIDI on something like audacity, save it as an mp3 file, and use
something like a myflashfetish player.

Then again, I hate MIDI, and personally I'm glad we can't use it. xD
