In a small town lies a crowded Antique Shop that is filled with nothing but trinkets and advisably appealing items. Though if you are looking for something in particular, it might take you days to find it in this maze of mysteries.

Solitaire's candle has been in this shop for over 30 years without someone giving it a single look. That's because it wasn't spectacular or had any indication that it was different than a normal one. He counted each customer that came in the shop since he arrived and so far it's up to 530,344 people. Inside, he would sit at the base of the candle in pitch darkness. Because of what it was made of, Solitaire wouldn't be able to use his magic. He sat there, threw another day just waiting to be picked up by his next "owner".

OOC: I'mma join you >:I Nadya entered through the shop's doors, a little bell on top the door gave a little jingle, declaring her arrival. She didn't know what had pulled her into this little mysterious shop but her curiosity was her weakness. She took a few steps forward, examining the all the objects around her.

OOC: thanks! Solitaire lifts his head up and saw the girl, "530,345.. Another customer." laying back in the candle he glances over to see the Antique trying to bribe Nadya into buying something with no value. Sigh Sitting up, he rubbed his stomach, and though of all the sweets he could eat if given the chance. "I miss so much!"

Nadya waved her hands nervously at the antique, trying to tell him that she was just browsing but she felt somewhat bad for not buying anything. She quickly looked around the store for something random to buy. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted a a candle. There seemed to be something special about it but Nadya couldn't quite put her finger on it. She walked over to it and picked it up, examining it closely.

Solitaire laughed a bit watching the shop owner disappointment flood to his face. Stretching he noticed Nadya picking up his candle and excite rose in his eyes. "Is today the day!? Will I finally get outside of this place!" A sad frown came upon his face as he calmed down and sat back in the candle. "This happened before, someone picked me up but they never bought me.. saying that stupid shop keeper put the price to high." Sighing he crossed his arms and watching them talk. "That will be 200, you see it's a priceless artifact that was passed down from a royal family not far from here." The owner was good with this kind of stuff, telling lies so the customer would buy the item.

Nadya raised a brow at the man, she wasn't easily deceived. "Owned by a royal family or not, it's just a candle. It's too expensive for me to afford, anyway." She gave the man a sly smile and set the candle down before skipping off to the other side of the room so she could look at other things.

Solitaire laughed "I knew it, why did I even get excited." sitting back he sighed and closed his eyes. The shop owner walked behind the counter and continued the papers he was working on. Sitting back, Solitaire played with his fingers and watches the girl walk to the other side of the room. Where was the last place I stepped foot in? trying his hardest to remember, he gave himself a headache and felt pretty tired. "I guess I can call it a night." Shutting his eyes, he fell asleep in a light daze.

Nadya looked around the other side of the shop but nothing seemed to catch her interest as much as the candle did. She snuck back over to the other side of the store and back to the candle. She picked it up again, carefully holding it in her hands. She was quite tempted to just slip it into her pocket and walk out but she knew it wasn't the right thing to do. Nadya sighed, knowing that she would never be able to afford the candle. 200 dollars was about the size of her rent and fortune telling didn't exactly bring home the dough. She put the candle back but kept her eyes intently upon it.

"Oh now you're just teasing!" Sometimes he wished people could hear him outside of the candle. He tried yelling but that never worked, the stupid spell on it would never break. A normal candle is all he appeared to be, nothing more, nothing less. This time he felt close to freedom, closer then the other times but why was it different. Over and over in his mind he repeated, 'please.. Get me out of his horrid place..'

Nadya couldn't take it anymore. She really wanted the candle. She snatched the candle and stomped up to the antique. "I'll give you 20 bucks for the candle. No more, No less! 20 dollars is already too expensive for such a thing! Regardless of its origin, which you cannot prove, its still just a plain old candle! Do not try to haggle with me; for if you do, I shall leave this shop and never bother to come back." She spoke very quickly, so quickly that she began to pant lightly.
