I only just nocited this...

But in my club I was just going through the members to see who is active etc. then I
noticed a disabled account was still listed as being a member of the club. Am I only one
to have found this?
Also is there a reason for it, or not? Just wondering... it doesn't actually bother me, I
just wanna know why it's there. xD

Edit~ you can kick them out of the group so that it goes away. (: But still, why is
it still there in the first place?

the system just hasnt been set up so that when a person deletes their acct it actually
dissolves their membership in any clubs that they are in.

it would really be nice if that were the case. i think there are many clubs out there with
inflated membership numbers due to old accts. with my clubs i try and go through the
membership lists now and then and cull out the dead accts.

Thanks, that's a nice observation!
I have fixed the problem. Now when you encounter a disabled account in the member list, it
will be automatically removed. No need to manually purge dead accounts.

As for the cause... Eddie is correct; the club membership data is stored in a different
table in the database. That's why there are still traces in the club membership even when
someone disables their account. But now I have fixed this problem, so no more dead
accounts.

Btw, for Kupi-beta the members dropped from 286 to 224

We need more members

Have you consider making this club part of the sign up application where every new member
is automatically a member and must opt out if they dont want to be a part of it.

Great ideas come from the masses(members)
