Here's a UK-based version of a survey going around at the moment - changed from the
US version for all us Brits. This is gonna contain some serious opinions about
everything, so I'm warning you now.
1. Would you do meth if it was legalized?
At the moment, I believe that some drugs should be legalised - people take drugs
because it's rebellious, it's dangerous, and if taking drugs is no longer illegal,
then crime rate would surely decrease? In Andorra, they sell cannabis in the
supermarket, on the shelves, and the crime rate is non-existant. So yeah. Legalise
2. Abortion: for or against it?
I'm in mixed opinion. If you're careless and don't use contraception, then the baby
should be kept. However, if the victim is of rape, or if the child's life would be
miserable and such, then abortion is okay in my eyes.
3. Do you think the country would fail with a female priminister?
No, it would rock. Well, except for Maggie Thatcher was a bit of an old croney, but
it worked, didn't it? Britain is more open to these ideas compared to America, so I
think it would definitely work for us.
4. Do you believe in the death penalty?
No. If a criminal is killed that's stooping to the same level. But life imprisonment
without parol is the way forward for serious offenders.
5. Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
See my answer for the first question: yes. Plus, marijana has medicinal qualities
6. Are you for or against premarital sex?
For. If both parties are concenting, responsible people, then what's the problem?
Plus, marriage is not for everyone, is it?
7. Do you believe in God?
No. I don't believe in any higher power - science is the rational and believable way
forward. I believe in the theory of the big bang and the expanision of the universe
based on chemical reactions and pure coincidence. What proof is there of a God? The
Bible is a load of stories and campaigns invented by the Catholic church to gain more
8. Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
Yes, definitely. Our generation is being brought up in a world that is more and more
accepted of homosxuality, so I hope that continues to exist. I certainly have no
problems with the idea - love is love. That should not be questioned.
9. Do you think it's wrong that there are so many illegal immigrants in the UK?
Yes and they should fuck off back to their own country. The British governement
fucking sucks! We don't have enough money to support all these useless schievers who
just want our benefits! If they're doing useful jobs, then fine, whatever, but
stealing our taxes is a no! Plus, since when did British people lose out in favour of
foreigners in our own country, eh? Where's our self respect?
10. A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
If the family is able to care for it, then yes. If not, adoption is the solution.
11. Should the alcohol age be lowered to sixteen?
Yes. There is a problem with underage bingers in the UK and this is because alcohol
is illegal for under 18s. If children are brought up allowed alcohol responsibly,
they will know how to treat it in later life and won't see it as something rebellious
or dangerous to try out. Plus, under eighteens can easily get their hands on alcohol
anyway - the problem would be resolved if such laws were abolished. In France,
children are brought up able to drink wine with their meals and the alcohol abuse
rate there is far lower to ours.
12. Should the war in Iraq be called off?
Okay, the British troops are already OUT OF IRAQ, thanks. But as for the troubles in
general in the middle east, I'm very opinionated on this - my dad works for the armed
forces and has been out on the front lines three times now. We made the right
decision to pull out of Iraq - we got rid of Hussain and our job was over.
Afghanistan, on the other hand, is different. We should not pull out there, despite
everyhone who insists we do - they no nothing. If we pull out, the Taliban and
al-Qaeda will grow in power again and repeats of the Twin Towers will happen over and
over again. Bin Laden is a criminal and needs to face his punishment.
13. Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
No, it should be legal. People's wishes should be respected and sometimes they feel
death is the best option out - if invalid, then assistment is surely okay?
14. Do you believe in smacking children?
No, that will only encourage the children to be violent towards others. It also
leaves a negative lasting impression on the child, which can affect self confidence
in the future.
15. Should people who don't work be given benefits?
FUCK NO. GO FIND A JOB SCUM BAGS.
16. Who do you think would be a better priminister: Clegg or Cameron?
Cameron - I'm a conservative and I believe his policies are the way forward. Gordon
Brown fucked up our economy and sold all our gold; thus we are now in a severe debt.
Cameron is making the most of a bad situation and pulling this country out of the
gutter - and if that means paying back all the money we owe, then cuts are necessary.
Also, he wants to get rid of unemplyed benefits, which I definitely agree with.
But I totally ship Cameron x Clegg
17. Should the drinking age be raised to 21?
No, see above comment on drinking at sixteen.
18. Should pedophiles be forced to wear signs identifying themselves?
Pedohpiles are the lowest of the low - they should be sent to prison and not let out.
19. Are you afraid others will judge you from reading some of your answers?
No, people are free to have their own opinions and judge others. I'm intrigued to see
your opinions on my answers.
