One of the unique aspects of the diet is that you are only supposed to drink 4
glasses of water or diet soda per day. Anything that you add to your meals in order
to flavor them are herbs, salt and pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy
sauce, mustard and ketchup. These are all the condiments that you are allowed to put
in your foods. Here is a sample breakdown of a day's meal.
For breakfast here are what you should only have: Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or
Equal) or water 1/2 Grapefruit or Juice, 1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter.
For lunch you should try 1/2 Cup of tuna, 1 slice toast, 1 cup of black coffee or tea
(Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
Finally, for dinner, you can prepare 3 oz. of any lean meat, 1 cup green beans, 1
cup carrots, 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1 medium apple and 1 cup of black coffee or
tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
Any person who's going to adopt this diet for a full three days should always
remember to go and revert back to their normal eating habits and should not make this
a regular diet for them even if it supposedly takes off the pounds.
