It's not unusual for one person to live for another, it's more
unusual to die knowing you don't want someone so much in your life that you don't
want to die. That you'd suffer hell for them, and that you would fight tooth and nail
not to lose them. Your goal is to protect them, and their breath is the fuel to your
morale, and even when you don't see them, it's the steam that keeps you powered. It's
like being a soldier, it's harder and colder than steel, like the bare metal on the
Humvee you drive down the dirt road. You're given hundreds of roads, but you can only
chose one. And each road branches, but continues endlessly to the edge where you
can't slam the break. The breaks will fail, and you'll slide over the edge and get
crushed by the gravitational force of every event in your life. And this force is so
strong that it crushes you instantly once you'd had enough, but if you want more, you
have to fight back with twice the will. But you can't climb up the steep hill alone.
You have to learn to act fast, climb from the vehicle and grab a hold of yourself.
You'll climb as high as you can, but if nobody helps you, there's no doubt you'll
slip. You'll slip and get crushed, and then you're gone. The most painful part of
death is wondering if anyone will even notice your absence, or if your life was a
waste.. But the scariest part comes when you're lying in the gravel, waiting for the
cold, knobby fingers of death to grip your soul and yank it out, not knowing what's
going to happen to you later. You don't know if when you hit the ground you're going
to explode, disappear, fall into a spiraling pit of quick sand to hell, or get caught
by the wings of an angel. But before it all ends, the film of your life rolls out on
the sky like the aurora borealis. It may be beautiful and colorful, or it's dark and
foreboding like the omens that loom after you're gone while the bugle is being
played.
Until then, you're wandering down a road under a canopy of trees that opens up once
in a while. You suffer for other people, you laugh at other people, and you keep on
trucking on. The fast lane is scary, and can fighten some people away in unfamiliar
areas. You'll adjust, it takes three days to turn right side up from the upside down
goggles that only confuse you and scare you because of the unknown. When you feel
most comfortable, something happens, shaking up the salt grains once again. But one
thing that should stay the same, it will if you try to keep it. It will be the person
you love so dearly you'd jump in front of a bus for them at any given moment.

If you don't keep this one, you might die. I lovelovelove this. My
favourite so far. There's actually nothing I can see wrong with it.
But I can't see through my tears anyway so that might be a problem.
But anywho, I love this one, sososososo much.
