Is it possible that the anger is finally gone?
The regret, the sorrow, the pain that haunted me so long could finally stay where it
The events that caused this were almost always long gone, but the emotions that were
so attached to the memories seemed to always be in the present, and most certainly
loomed over the future.
There were times where I questioned my existence at all, wondering if it was even
worth being alive when the tears never stopped and the anger was always brought back
Sometimes it takes a crazy turn of events to realize that maybe there is a greater
reason after all.
It isn't all about being depressed, or sad, or mad.
That isn't the reason.
The reason lies in what happens after that.
How you react to the adversity, and whether or not you make it out.
Holding on can be one of the hardest things to do when all you know is pain, and
there is no one there to share it with.
We all need to reach out.
If you have ever been through tough times in your life, it is your responsibility to
lend a helping hand to others.
If you remember what it is like to dread waking up in the morning, then you know that
being there for someone can make all the difference in the world.
I think there is a greater reason for almost everything we go through, even if we
never realize it while we are alive.
It isn't our place in the universe to understand everything.
It isn't our place to know exactly why everything happens.
One day, we can all understand, but today isn't that day.
Just hold on to what good you have in your life.
Remember the past, even the bad things, because that made you who you are.
The day that you can recall all of the past events, and be proud of who you are,
without the constant regret, is the day you become a much stronger person.
Just hold on, no matter what, because you never know what the future will hold.
It could be far greater than you could ever imagine.
Hold the past close to your heart, but don't look back in anger.
Just smile knowing that nobody has gone through exactly what you have.
Be proud of who you are.
You are amazing.
