A darkness surrounds you. It consumes you. You see no way out. You see no light.
You see no help. Who would help you anyway? No one. You have no friends. No one
about you. So you don't expect to get any help. You see the looks people give you.
All because you're different. Because you're not like them. But why is it such a bad
thing to be different. No one wants everyone to be the same. That would be boring.
Just because you choose to dress and act differently doesn't mean you're that
different from everyone else. You can't help the way you want to dress. You can't
help the things you're into. You're pretty sure you're not the only one like this.
Maybe you're the only one brave enough to be different. To stand out. To demand a
change. You're challenging the norm. You're going to express who you are. No one is
going to stop you from doing that. No one ever will. You're not going to sit around
and hide your true self from the world. That wouldn't be right. That wouldn't be
fair. That would be like you denying who you are. Who would bare to do that to
themselves. You don't understand how someone can just sit around and do nothing. to
change things. You've adopted the attitude of not caring about what people thought
of you. They're not going to help you in life. Their opinions mean nothing to you.
What good will they do you? Nothing. You've dropped your mask. You lost your comfort
zone. You're going to stand out. You're going to be different. No one is going to
stand in your way. No one.
I close my journal. Writing always seemed to help me get out my thoughts. That's the
only thing that seemed to help. Well, that and music. Writing and music are my two
