ahem...well a few people have been asking about how I draw and they want help, and I
can only provide you the limited advice of an amateur on the way
I draw a person. So....here goes...:
I start with the eye closest to the "audience". preferably, I start with the upper
lid/lashes and then draw the lower one. I don't draw the pupil yet. then I place the
nose where it seems right(though more often than not, it is wrong). then I draw the
other eye. the "other eye" should be narrower in size than the first eye, unless you
happen to be doing a front view. In that case the eyes would be better off left the
Next, the pupils. I confirm which direction the person is looking in and then draw
next I draw the face shape. I can't really provide much advice except that unless you
have a rather steady hand like me, you should sketch it out on a different layer
before finalizing the lines.
then I draw the hair, with many Ctrl-z's. Again, you should sketch it out.
that's about it. so now I leave you with a little more in your heads than before and
no doubt a broken nose from falling a sleep and hitting the table or keyboard. I wish
the doctors luck, and bye, for now! *bows*
PS. I may write another entry on anatomy :D.
