To Accept Someone's Passing

I wake up, with your voice in my ear,
whispering thank God your here,

But when i open my eyes you seem
to dissapear, as if you were never even near,

I remember our life, when we would never
fight, i was always wrong, you were always right,

why did we argue, why did we fight,
why did we break up, did we think it was right,

I lose track of the days, i lose track of the years,
i lose track of the nights, i lose track of the tears,

I remember your laugh, i remember your smile,
i remember your eyes, damn you were wild,

I'd spend days by your side, and nights by your bed,
your sickness got worse, that's what the doctors said,

But i didn't care, like i said "thank God your here"
cause your an Angel, and i know your always near.
