I realized that I didn't tell you how my date with Mr. Basketball-Senior-Hot-Guy
went. I don't want to say his name, just in case I jinx everything.
We went to Toy Story 3, as you may know. I have to admit, I cried. I'm kind of a sap.
But I'll admit that I laughed alot. I love Disney movies and it was so awesome to see
the next epic adventure. In case you are wondering, my all-time favorite is Rex. I
After the movie we went to Red Lobster. It was so sweet of him to take me there. I
think he remembered I love their crab cake/biscut things. They are so delicious. We
talked about our summers, the upcoming school year, what our favorite Toy Story movie
is (mine is the first, but he liked the second), and whatever happened to come up.
When he took me home, he walked me to the door.
This made me so happy. It was such a perfect night, and he gave me one gentle most
perfect kiss with those wonderful lips. Just one though. I'm kind of a classy girl
and believe that two people who really want to be together should take it slow.
Luckily, he agrees. I guess that is what happens when you date a religious guy.
So, now here comes the part where I tell you how we stand.
Taking it slow means taking it SLOW.
I think we can be really good together, but we are kind of testing the grounds. Since
we were friends, we don't want to mess up our friendship if the whole relationship
thing doesn't work. So right now we are just dating. Not in a relationship, as in
boyfriend and girlfriend, but dating. You know, that thing our parents did like way
back when? It's so uncommon, and even Jedda says that we are insane and should just
go for it. But then again, she doesn't know what is best for me.
We've been on one date since. We had pizza at his house. His mom made it from
scratch! It was so delicious. His mom is a wonderful cook. Afterwards we played
basketball on his driveway with his little sister. She's so adorable.
Until the next date... See 'ya! ^.^
