But really. You shouldn't form an opinion about someone who you've
never even talked to. Taking 2nd handed from someone is extremely
rude, and makes no sense whatsoever.

Just posting up rules doesn't mean that anyone will listen. It's the
internet, only the noble people will respect you. Instead of having
rules up, just enforce it yourself. With every question to have your
email, just reject it nicely. 

Anyone with a sensible mind would know not to give any personal
information. So you don't really need to have these rules, eh? :P
