Ok along with updates on my life I'll TRY to give one review. This
can be either a book movie game or TV show. expect atleast 2 of these a week. I can
promise anything but expect 2 atleast. Just a heads up I am infatuated with the show
HEROES on NBC. Its about half way through. or atleast to the point where
anyone that isnt familiar with the show will be completely lost and I'm sorry but
it's not my fault that you watch shitty TV or no TV at all at 9 P mondays on
NBC...Sadly it doesnt start back up till April 20-something. Between now and then i
will try to fill you guys in on as much as i can. And now with out farther delay...My
first review

I read James Patterson’s Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment. I chose this book
because James Patterson is won of my favorite authors. Also, When I opened the book I
found my favorite Passage. They are on the title page and the beginning of the
prologue. ”If you dare to read this story, you become part of the experiment. I
know that it sounds a little mysterious, but it’s all I can say right now. Max”
It goes on to say. “Congratulations. The fact that you’re reading this means
your taking one giant step closer to surviving till your next birthday

Maximum Ride is centered on a “family” of Kids. The names of these kids (by age)
are: Max, Fang, Nudge, Iggy, The Gasman, and Angel. Having no real parents or
families, these kids ban together to protect, love and help one another. Their only
father figure growing up was a man named Jib. He was the person that took them out of
the school and hid them from the torture of the daily experiments and observations.
Unfortunately, He is killed before the book even begins leaving these children ages
ranging from six to fourteen years of age.

Each kid was part of an experiment by a secret institution called “the school”.
This “experiment” left them only 98% human and 2% something much different. Some
kids are more special than others. Angel is very special. She is known by the
“white coats” at the “school” as Subject Eleven. Angel has the ability to
read minds. Besides that, all of the kids are super powered. They all have cheetah
speed, super human strength, falcon sight and an amazing 13 foot wing span.

For every “super hero” there are super villains. The only other project to make
it past infancy was the Eraser. Half man, half wolf, all killer, the Eraser serves as
guards, police and executioners for the “school”. Early on in the book, a group
of these erasers steal back Subject Eleven for the school. The rest of the book is
just the story of these kids trying to save their “sister” from the pain and

I would recommend this book for anyone that is interested in government conspiracies
or super powered teens. Maximum Ride is a rollercoaster of a story, ups and downs,
plot twists and foreshadowing and irony galore. It’s a story that is easy to jump
into if your interested in the topic but very difficult if your not. I do how ever
hope that one of you picks up this book and gives it a try. Thank you

So how was it? a bit rough right? well any and all input on how to make it better
will be deeply appreciated.

Peace Out Girl Scouts
