For those of you who know Darkoekaki AKA linda-chan, she inspired me a lot. I'm not
being a copycat under any circumstances, but I noticed how much weight I'm gaining.
Over the course of this year, I gained so much weight it's embarassing. So, I need
diet help. I've been looking at a lot of diets, trying to find one for me. Plus, my
mom is lending me a book. I need reccomendations. BADLY. 

I've been looking at the CSIRO diet. Here is there diet plan,

Cereal and  low fat milk, 

Fruit twice a day 
Lunch and Dinner

Two main meat meals can be:

100 grams of chicken,fish or red meat for lunch 
200 grams of red meat for dinner
Both meals accompanied by vegetables 
A slice of bread or an alternative carbohydrate


A cup of low fat yogurt
I don't think that sounds very healthy. SO, for those of you who HAVE been on a diet,
please, reccomend, or state against diets. I need to find the PERFECT diet and FAST.
and "why are you going on a diet?" you may ask. Well, before you do, I'll answer it
for you. It's kinda obvious. I'm getting fat. NO I do not show pictures. NO I will
not do a before and after thing. I'm aiming for 1200 calories only a day, and an hour
or two of strenous exercise each day. (that's call swim team) Help. Please?
