Well, I dunno, I was just thinking about it lately... (I had to listen to him during
FMA2 on the PS2, which helped me to realize this.)
Even though I'm not overly pleased that he's voicing Ed again, I don't necessarily
hate him either.
So, what I'm trying to say it, I don't really LIKE him, but I RESPECT him.
I wouldn't be going " BLARGHVICMIGNOGNA" if I ever saw him at a con (Remember, he's
in his late 40's. .___.''), but I'd probably say "Hi", give him a high-five and say
I think the reason I respect him is because, not only was he able to get the voice of
the fictional alchemist I so happen to have fallen in love, but I also respect his
other profession - Singing. Yep, he's also a composer/singer, I checked Wiki. For
that, he gets a certain amount of respect from me. (One of those songs being the
english version of "Brothers", an original song from the first anime. He sings it
from Ed's point of view, so it basically translates into Ed singing... and you know
what? He actually sounds pretty good! ♥ )
Also, listening to a few of his non-anime-related songs, he mentions God, Jesus, all
in a good way. That makes me so happy! (That seems so contrary to his character in
FMA, who's atheist. Oh well, that doesn't matter. Yay, Vic!)
You know what? I don't know for sure, but I think he's... Christian.
An extra thumbs-up from me!
So, yeah, Kirti, tell your friends I don't diss Vic.
Now, I'm going to download a bunch of Vic's songs and claim it as Ed
singing it. ♥♥♥♥♥
